NEW VIDEO: YG ft. 2 Chainz, Big Sean, Nicki Minaj – Big Bank

Rapper YG released a visual for the track “Big Bank” featuring Nicki Minaj, Big Sean and 2 Chainz. The track will be featured on his Stay Dangerous upcoming album.

The non-stop visual feast features 2 Chainz delivering his verse while two police officers hold him at gunpoint, Big Sean parading around the Oval Office in a Colin Kaepernick jersey and Nicki Minaj atop a pink plastic horse.

The song’s producer DJ Mustard also makes a cameo; “Big Bank” marks a reunion of sorts between the rapper and the producer behind his 2014 debut LP My Krazy Life, after which the two had a much-publicized rift. According to DJ Mustard, the pair made the song “in 20 minutes.”

Stay Dangerous, YG’s follow-up to 2016’s Still Brazy, arrives “Summer 2018,” according to the album’s preorder page. On August 5th, YG will host a Stay Dangerous concert and 4Hunnid fashion show at Los Angeles’ Microsoft Theatre; every ticket to the show comes with a digital download of the rapper’s new LP.

Lady Gaga’s 2016 Oscar Performance dedicated to Sexual Assault Victims

Lady Gaga 88th Oscar performance was dedicated to sexual assault victims. “Til It Happens To You” is nominated for best Original Song. The singer was introduced by Vice President Biden, who talks about the White House’s campaign “It’s On Us” against sexual assault.

“Too many women and men on and off college campuses are still victims of sexual abuse. Let’s change the culture,” he told the crowd. “We must and we can change the culture so that abused women or men like the ones you will see tonight will never have to ask themselves, ‘What did I do?’ They did nothing wrong.”

The singer opened up about her connection to the track last month.

“I just want to say thank you to everyone who has supported this film. It’s not only an important issue to me, but it’s an important issue to my family,” she said at 27th annual Producers Guild of America Awards on January 23. “Because when my father’s sister was in college, she was sexually assaulted, and then it caused her so much torment that it caused the lupus that she had to get so bad that she died.”

“My father was 16 and it affected my family really tremendously my whole life,” she added. “So this song means so much to me and so much to my parents.”

This is the second consecutive year that Gaga has graced the Oscars with her talent. At the 2015 ceremony, she stunned the audience with a jaw-dropping tribute to The Sound of Music.

New Academy Member Kerry Washington Explains Why She Didn’t Boycott “The So White” Oscars 2016

The beautiful Scandal star, Kerry Washington, express her views on the boycotting Oscars and the lack of diversity in the 2016 nominations.

“I respect and admire the people who aren’t here,” Washington, 39, said on the red carpet. “For me, my voice is best used at the table. As a new member of the Academy, I really want to be a part of the conversation so there is institutional change so we never have this again.”

Added the actress, “We need all those voices at the table. It’s about women, people of color, it’s about age.”

Many A-list stars have contributed to the conversation about the lack of diversity including George Clooney, O’Shea Jackson Jr., David Oyelowo, Ava DuVernay, Al Sharpton and Idris Elba.

Spike Lee, Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith are all skipping the Oscars ceremony this year.
